Using the storefront
You must provide accurate information and use the storefront only for lawful personal shopping. Account credentials and verification links should be kept private.
Products and pricing
Product availability, imagery, measurements, prices, promotions, and delivery estimates may change. The price and availability confirmed during checkout apply to the order.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout requests an order; acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed. Payment authorization, inventory checks, fraud controls, or address validation may prevent or cancel an order.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, address accuracy, local restrictions, or events outside reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Eligibility depends on the item, its condition, the return window, and the reason selected. Start a request from the Returns page to see the options available for a specific order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only while the relevant action is available in the order view. A payment already captured will be refunded according to the payment provider and bank timelines.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses reasonably connected with the affected order or service.
